Shipping

Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Please contact prior to ordering with any special shipping requests or questions.

But International?

*Unfortunately we have suspended shipping to the EU. Without having a true understanding of the new EU regulations and the representation needed to comply we cannot ship within the EU. *

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Some countries will hold shipments at customs for inspections. All packages are marked as “merchandise” with order value. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees that may be applied to your order.

International packages are sent via USPS. First Class International does not include tracking outside US borders. Once it has left the states we can't provide further details on transit. If you have any questions about your package’s location, please contact your local carrier or customs agency to provide more details.

Returns

It’s really important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out and let us tell us. We’ll discuss options! Patterns are electronic and delivered instantly. Generally, refunds will not be available digital items. Yarn is returnable, minus return shipping, when returned in it’s original (unwound) condition.

My Studio (allergens)

My studio is a smoke free, pet friendly space. I do *try to keep my pets off the fiber, but they live in the house as family members, therefor stray hairs are possible.

Handspun Yarn Care

We recommended treating your handspun gently (even superwash). Use cool water and lay flat to dry. Some light bleeding may occur during the first few washes. If working with highly saturated pinks or reds, it is best to avoid working them with very pale colors.
